The project aims to empower persons with disabilities to access community-based multidisciplinary rehabilitation services and referrals to supplementary services (including child protection case management) as needed. As well as supporting professionals in the SCDP and beneficiary families to better assist persons with disabilities.
Also, to improve the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the activities of local organizations, kindergartens, schools and social activities through active awareness and expression of the rights and needs of persons with disabilities and advocate for local solutions.
